Moore Contracting Services, Inc. dba Record Searching Services, Inc. has been  around the real estate loan business for over ten years now. They began as a sole proprietorship, became incorporated, and finally added a second name for those who were confused about the “Contracting” in our host name.

Actually, the name doesn’t matter. What we do and how we do it is the key and the reason why you should use us for all your abstracting needs, within the areas we work.

Our goal is to provide everyone with up-to-date information and error-free reports as quickly as possible. We have been very successful in providing a complete and concise report within twenty-four hours; there are always exceptions to that rule, but keeping you apprised of developments, difficulties, and/or necessary delays is a must in our business.
